About Us
Maison Mason, established in June 2020, is probably the newest estate agency in Crystal Palace. But sadly our team is not so young. In fact Maison Mason’s founder Calum has managed an estate agent in the area for more than 12 years. Calum and his team are well known in the area and are an intrinsic part of the local community.
Maison Mason has been set up with one simple aim:
‘To be the estate agent you would choose to use’.
As a new and independent agent, we have an opportunity to rewrite the rules and deliver the sort of service that we would want. So let’s start with the things you need to know about us.
Fact : Maison Mason are based in Crystal Palace. We specialise in selling and letting property in SE19, SE20, SE21, SE25, SE27 & CR7.
Experience : We have stacks of experience, about 50 years of it between us, although you wouldn't believe it to look at us!
Love : Exceptional food, invigorating walks, gin and tonic, and the company of kind, funny, inspiring people.
Enjoy : Our work and the challenges it brings.
Motivated : By helping people find a home they love.
Not so keen: Self importance, pomposity, arrogance.

We really value community. Every year we run a bursary scheme, where we give grants of up to £200 to five local charities or organisations that are genuinely contributing to making the lives of people in the area better. The grants are awarded annually at the end of January, and the closing date for entries is 6pm on the 30th November.
We have a panel to decide how the grants will be allocated, and not everyone will be awarded a grant. You can apply for up to three different grants for your organisation as long as you clearly identify what you will spend the grant on if you're accepted.
