We would highly recommend Maison Mason. They have been honest and supportive throughout the whole process. Their experience shows and we found them to be much more genuine and personal agent than other agents we encountered! We had some tricky moments with our sale but Sharon was always there on the phone to reassure and answer questions and Callum persevered to get a great sale in the end! Thank you.

Our experience buying our first property was made so much smoother by Calum and Sharon from start to finish. They work in a way that makes the process feel very personal and Sharon was super responsive and always helpful throughout. They weren't 'hard sell' kind of estate agents, they were trustworthy, patient and helpful and made it all easy (well, as easy as buying a property can be!)

Maison Mason sold my purpose built one bedroom flat in the South Norwood lakes area. From the start Callum was friendly, engaged, and well informed about the estate. The listing was all very professionally done and both Callum and Sharon kept me informed of any interest in the flat. The viewings were initially slow to start, and I became concerned that I may not be able to find a buyer. However, it became clear Maison Mason were clearly vetting any interested applicants and made sure they were serious, before organising a viewing, this ensured there were no time wasters. After eight weeks on the market Callum and Sharon secured a buyer for the property, and from thereon in Sharon took over the management of the process. Sharon supported me every step of the way and provided regular updates, much welcomed guidance, and a friendly ear to listen to my stressed rantings! Maison Mason demonstrated in every step of the process why estate agents are important and necessary when selling or buying a property. And why small local agents like Maison Mason with their knowledge of the local area, and their investment in their clients, are so invaluable. I would like to thank Callum and Sharon for their uncompromising support and professionalism, and most importantly for enabling me to sell my property and live out my dream of a life by the sea.

It's been along while since we sold a property and rules and regulations have changed over that time.
